One year ago today, I lost Lolah, my best friend, companion and familiar. She taught me love in a way that made me see the value in life. This has by far been the best Christmas I’ve had in as long as I can remember. I spent the past two days with @veritas_es_speculum and his incredibly loving family, and today at my childhood home with my parents. After years of spending holidays with leeches and fakes, or alone (whether physically or emotionally), my heart is eternally warmed by knowing I’m starting a future with a kind soul who truly loves me and real friends who have both mine and their best interests in mind. I can’t say that 2018 has been the easiest year, but its a long hard road out of hell and I’m aeons happier and more fulfilled now than I was a year ago. I’m immensely thankful for that. 🐉🍎🕯❄🎄❄🕯🍎🐉
